The 2014 Teradyne Users Group (TUG) Conference will be held April 28-30, 2014 at The Anaheim Marriott in Anaheim, CA. TUG is open to all licensed users of Teradyne's test systems and software products.

Single-Day Conference $250 USD $300 USD $0 USD

Registration fee includes conference materials, facilities, breakfast, lunch and snack/beverage breaks.

Credit cards and checks accepted. No refunds, transfers or credits will be granted for cancellations or no-shows.

*To qualify for the early registration discount, registration and payment must be received by 11:59 p.m. (EST) on March 14, 2014.

Authors receive a reduced Registraion rate. Only one credit applies per author. And only one author will be discounted per paper. Credit does not apply to hotel stay, transportation or meals. Please choose "Author Registration Rate" for the appropriate number of days when registering.

***Please note: The Defense and Aerospace business unit will not be participating at this year's TUG due to current DOD budget reductions, limitations on travel and the general prohibition on attending conferences. The team is planning on participating in TUG in 2015 with the traditional set of customer papers, Teradyne papers and workshops.
